The history of Naw Transport is a story immersed in originality and curiosity. It was founded by George Muscat, a person of sheer ingenuity and perseverance that saw the opportunity and drove it to success. The legacy of Naw Transport is all in their name and the hard work it takes to live up to it.

Naw Transport is a family business with roots dating back over 75 years.

Mr. George Muscat was not only the founder of Naw Transport but also a pioneer who changed the country’s transport system. The name he gave to the business comes from an old story.

Being living in a small village called Naxxar, people used to know each other by a nickname and therefore, they used to call him TAN-NAW. The name given by the people living in the village inspired him and an idea came into his mind and then he decided to start a family business to represent this tradition.

Hence, he began focusing on the laying of good quality transport in a socially responsible way together with his brother.
